Marketing for hospitality

Guests book with their heart and check with their head. Your brand does the first part. Your website has to do the second.

01 / What you need

  • Direct booking enquiries that work on a phone
  • Photography that sells the room and the view
  • Location pages for each area you cover
  • An owner enquiry route if you manage other people's properties
  • Guest emails before and after the stay, and again for next season
  • Reviews gathered and shown properly
  • A brand that works on signs, welcome packs and social

Book direct, not just through the big sites

Booking platforms bring guests, but they take a cut and keep the relationship. A good direct website gives guests a reason to book with you, and gives you their details for next year.

It needs great photos, clear rooms and prices, honest detail about the location and a booking enquiry that's quick to fill in on a phone.

Exclusively Cornwall

Exclusively Cornwall run holiday lets and manage homes for owners around St Austell and the south Cornish coast. We built a new brand and a 13-page HubSpot website, live August 2026, with pages for each area they cover, pages for each property and two booking forms: one for guests, one for owners who want their home looked after.

Every enquiry lands in HubSpot, so the team can see who's asked about what and follow up.

Two audiences, one brand

Property managers sell twice: to guests who want a stay, and to owners who want a trusted pair of hands. The brand has to reassure both, and the site has to give each of them their own route in.

Our deepest hospitality work so far is in holiday lets. We've also done brand and print for pubs and bars near the studio, and the same thinking carries to cafés, venues and small hotels.

04 / Questions

Fair questions.

Q1Will a website stop us relying on Airbnb and Booking.com?

Not overnight, and it doesn't need to. Most holiday lets use both. A strong direct site means repeat guests and referrals book with you, and you keep their details for next season.

Q2You're in Staffordshire and we're in Cornwall. Does that work?

It does. Exclusively Cornwall are in St Austell. We plan it properly, keep in touch between visits, and we're happy to make the trip: we'd always rather meet face to face.

Q3Do you work with pubs, cafés and venues too?

Yes. The needs are close: a brand people remember, a site that shows the place off and an easy way to book a table or a room. Book a 20-minute call and tell us what you run.
