Spec S5 / Email marketing
Email that earns its keep.
A Klaviyo agency in the UK, and Mailchimp and HubSpot email too: welcome flows, campaigns, templates and lists, planned properly and sent on time.
01 / What it is
Inboxes are still the best place to sell.
We're a small Klaviyo agency in Staffordshire, working with brands across the UK. We plan the emails, write them, design them, build the flows and send the campaigns. Or we support your own team, if you've got one.
For CurraNZ we build the monthly campaign emails in Klaviyo, across separate accounts for different countries, on a live-text template so the words stay sharp on every screen and quick to change. Each month's emails go to the client on one review page for approval before anything is scheduled.
If you're on Mailchimp or HubSpot email, we work there too. The Klaviyo expert bit matters most for online shops, where flows tied to what people browse and buy do a lot of the selling in the background.
- AKlaviyoBest for online shops: flows built on what people browse and buy.
- BMailchimpSimple and affordable. Good for newsletters and smaller lists.
- CHubSpot emailIf you're already on HubSpot, we work in there too.
- Ref.
We'll work in what you've got, or tell you honestly if it's time to move.
02 / Process
How the job runs.
Look at what's there
Lists, flows, templates, sending domain and what's been going out. What to keep and what to change.
Build the flows
Welcome, browse and basket follow-ups, post-purchase and win-back, in your brand and your voice.
Plan the campaigns
A monthly calendar of sends, tied to your launches, seasons and stock.
Write, design, review
Every email written and built, then shared with you on one review page before anything is scheduled.
Send and report
Scheduled, sent and checked. A short monthly note on what worked and what to try next.

04 / Questions
Fair questions.
Q1Klaviyo or Mailchimp: which is better for us?
If you run an online shop, usually Klaviyo, because it links to your store and can send emails based on what people browse and buy. If you mainly send a newsletter, Mailchimp is simpler. If you have your own CRM from us, Mailchimp connects to it. If you're already on HubSpot, its email tools keep everything in one place.
Q2Can you take over our email marketing each month?
Yes. We plan, write, design, build and send, and share every email with you for approval first. It usually sits inside a Growth Retainer.
Q3What are flows, and why do they matter?
Flows are emails that send themselves when someone does something: signs up, leaves a basket, buys, or goes quiet. Set up once and looked after, they work in the background every day, alongside your campaigns.
Q4Will our email marketing follow UK GDPR?
We build with UK GDPR and PECR in mind: proper opt-in, clear unsubscribe links and a record of consent. Some choices about who you email are yours to make, and we'll flag them rather than guess.
