01 / The brief
Speak to owners and guests at once.
Sean and Lisa look after other people's holiday homes across Cornwall, and let two places of their own in St Austell. The goal was one website that works for both: owners looking for someone they can trust with their property, and guests looking for somewhere lovely to stay.
Each needed a clear path through the site, and an easy way to get in touch.
02 / What we did
Shoreline.
- New brand, the Shoreline identity, in sea mist and sand
- Ink-line and watercolour illustrations in the brand palette
- HubSpot website replacing the old Squarespace site
- Pages for each area they cover and each place to stay
- An owner enquiry form and a guest booking form, both into the CRM
- Redirects from the old site so nothing was lost
- Their own domain, analytics and search set-up at launch
03 / The result
Live, and working both ways.
13Page HubSpot siteA 13-page HubSpot site went live in August 2026, with owner and guest booking forms that drop every enquiry straight into the CRM, sorted by who it came from.

04 / The longer story
Calm, like the coast
We called the brand Shoreline. The mark is a curved E that fades from sea mist to sand, like the tide going out. The type is an elegant serif with a friendly sans alongside, and the palette is soft enough to let the holiday homes do the talking.
Drawn, not stocked
Instead of stock photos of beaches, the site uses ink-line and watercolour illustrations in the brand colours: harbours, boats, a chair by a window. Real photographs are saved for the places guests can actually book.
Two doors, one house
The HubSpot website has two clear routes. Owners find out how holiday home management works, area by area, and fill in an owner enquiry. Guests browse the places to stay and send a booking enquiry with their dates. Both forms feed the CRM, so Sean and Lisa can see at a glance who needs what.
A careful move
The old site was on Squarespace. We moved it across page by page, redirected every old address to its new home, and connected their own domain at launch in August 2026.
