Marketing for construction
Main contractors and clients check you out before they pick up the phone. We make sure what they find looks like the firm you actually are.
01 / What you need
- Tender-ready case studies: client, scope, programme and outcome
- Sector pages for each market you work in
- Main contractor credibility: who you've worked for, shown properly
- Trust signals up front: accreditations, CSCS cards, ISO certificates, health and safety
- A brand that works on vans, site boards, workwear and bid documents
- Recruitment pages that help you hire
- Enquiries and tenders tracked in a CRM
Who's reading your website
In construction the buyer is often a bid manager or a procurement team with a shortlist. They want the jobs you've done, the sectors you know, your accreditations and who you've worked for. Quickly.
A good site does half the pre-qualification for you. A weak one quietly takes you off the list.
Trent Construction Services
Trent are specialist concrete flooring contractors working for main contractors across the UK. We refreshed the brand, rebuilt the website on HubSpot, restructured the service and sector pages and wrote the case studies.
Their service and sector content went from 4.3k to 23.7k words across 16 pages, each one written for the people who buy floors, from schools to data centres.
FlowFloor
FlowFloor is a Derby flooring company. We built the brand from the logo out: stationery, icons, business cards, trailer graphics and site signs, then a HubSpot website to match. On a job site, the van and the boards are the marketing.
Recruitment counts too
Good people are hard to find in construction. The site that wins you work should help you hire as well: a careers page, real photos of real crews, and a straight answer to why people stay.

04 / Questions
Fair questions.
Q1We win most work through relationships. Why bother with marketing?
Because the relationship still Googles you. Before a bid manager adds you to a tender list, they look at your site, your case studies and your accreditations. Marketing makes sure that check goes your way.
Q2Can you write about technical work?
Yes. We talk to your team, visit site where it helps, and write in plain English that a QS or a procurement lead can follow. Your people check the technical detail before anything goes live.
Q3How long does a new website take?
A Launchpad website takes 4 to 6 weeks, and Launchpad Pro up to 8 weeks. Bigger builds with lots of sector pages and case studies we scope with you. Either way, you'll have a fixed-scope proposal within 48 hours of our call.
